The 2FIGHT is committed to delivering our customers the best product in the market, though if you are not satisfied, we also provide the best customer service. To guarantee customer satisfaction, we created the following exchange or return policy:

RETURN DUE TO REGRET

                According to the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you may return products bought online in up to 7 days without any additional charge. See below some rules:

Presenting the sales slip is mandatory.

The product must be in its original package with tags e no sign of use;

The postage expenses will be paid by the issuer (customer).

The customer must, BEFORE THE POSTAGE, inform the reason of the exchange or the return through our email atendimento@2fight.com, along with the number of the sales slip.

The 2FIGHT can save the payment as credits for new purchases or refund totally (THE SHIPPING  WILL NOT BE REFUNDED), in up to 7 seven working days after the delivery and analisys of the product. When exchanging, the price of the new product must be equal or superior. ALL THE RULES must be followed and if the product presents signs of use, it must be immediately returned to the customer with no possibility of exchange.


RETURN DUE TO DEFECT

New product:

Our products undergo a rigorous quality control during the whole production process, but if there happens to be any defect, we offer a 30-day warranty and we will most definitely resend the same order with no additional charge*.

Presenting the sales slip in mandatory;

Used product:

If our product shows a defect after use, it must be posted with the sales slip.

The customer must, BEFORE THE POSTAGE, inform the reason of the exchange on our email: venda@2fight.com.br along with the number of the sales slip.


*On both cases, the products will be analised by our technicians and a report will be made, justifying or not the exchange.

                If positive, a new piece, equal to the one purchased, will be delivered with no additional charge;

                If negative, the same purchased piece will be sent back to the customer, along the the report, and the postage expenses will be paid by the customer.


A negative result means:

            - Absence of defect (the defect pointed out by the customer was not detected);

            - Signs of misuse of the product;

            - Signs of accidental damage;

            - Fabric naturally worn by constant use.

Estimated time of report conclusion: 15 working days after the product has been received.

ATTENTION: Products that do not follow the specifications above will not be accepted for analisys and will be automatically returned to the issuer.
